Requirements

• Academic background in Environment Science and Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in operations management or process improvement
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-departmental activities
• Knowledge of supply chain, production, and quality control processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools
